Acting for town councillors in two suits brought by Aljunied Hougang Town Council and Pasir Ris Punggol Town Council (later substituted by Sengkang Town Council) involving claims raising novel issues of duties of town councillors before the Singapore High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Acting in an appeal to the Singapore Court of Appeal against Singapore Airlines in a matter arising from a breach of an aircraft purchase agreement.
Acted for SM Investments Pte Ltd against Hyflux Limited in claims before the Singapore High Court involving complex issues of interpretation and novel issues concerning the bringing of claims against a company protected by statutory moratorium.
