Tan Rajah & Cheah is known for the depth and breadth of its litigation practice. With Senior Counsel, Chelva Rajah SC at its helm and ably supported by a dynamic team of lawyers, we have built up a formidable reputation in the field of dispute resolution.  In complex civil and commercial disputes, we offer a combination of legal insight, courtroom experience, industry knowledge, and practical business sense needed to help our clients make the right decisions and prevail in times of crisis.
