• Ramo Industries Pte Ltd v DLE Solutions Pte Ltd [2020] SGHC 4 – Successfully acted for Ramo Industries Pte Ltd in a High Court case involving building and construction law and thereafter ensured that the judgment was upheld on appeal in the Court of Appeal case of Ramo Industries Pte Ltd v DLE Solutions Pte Ltd [2020] SGHC 4.


• Acting for the main contractor of a condominium development in the Singapore High Court in an action initiated by a subsidiary proprietor alleging negligence on the part of the main contractor and the architect.


• Acted for a main contractor in a successful claim against a sub-contractor involving expert evidence on construction of refractories both at the Singapore High Court and before the Court of Appeal.
