Role Description

This is full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in Singapore. The Legal Associate will handle diverse legal matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and delivering sound legal advice. Responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, managing cases, and collaborating with senior lawyers to ensure the best outcomes for clients, all while maintaining the high standards of integrity and professionalism that TRC is known for.

Practice areas include:

  • Civil and commercial litigation
  • White collar and regulatory defence
  • Matrimonial and family disputes
  • Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution

Qualification

  • Admission to the Singapore Bar.
  • 2-5 years of relevant disputes experience.
  • Strong foundation in Law, with a solid understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Legal Research and Drafting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing complex legal matters and strategic case planning.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in addressing and resolving Legal Issues across various practice areas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks with professionalism.
  • Prior experience in dispute resolution or corporate law is an advantage.
