Chin Seng has practised at Tan Rajah & Cheah since he was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1974.
Chin Seng practises corporate law, construction law, and advises joint ventures and cross-border contracts, intellectual property and research commercialisation agreements. He also advises on Probate and Trusts.
Professional Experience
He has served as President on the Singapore Armed Forces Court Martials Board. He is currently a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths. Is currently a member on the Board of Governors of St Joseph’s Institution International and the Loke Cheng Kim Scholarship Foundation.

- Commercial Utilisation of the Cray Supercomputer involving the Meteorological Department and Private Commercial Entities
